Once enrolled, there are no additional fees for office visits, although certain services may incur separate charges – Persona Healthcare ensures you fully understand what your concierge medicine membership package does and doesn’t include.

The annual membership fee covers services not included under Medicare. For services that Medicare covers, such as sick visits, Dr. Esparza bills Medicare on your behalf, as required by law.
